Refund and Returns Policy

At ExoticTeez, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to make the return or exchange process simple and hassle-free.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund (unless defective).

2. Exchange Policy

  • We offer size or design exchanges for eligible products.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a wrong or defective item sent by us.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only if:
    • The product delivered is defective or damaged.
    • A wrong item was sent.
  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or altered products.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Sale and clearance items.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Ship the item back to our address (provided by customer service).
  4. Once received, we will process your exchange or refund.
